Use of Service

• You must comply with Meta WhatsApp policies.
• Spam or illegal messaging is prohibited.

Accounts

Each subscription belongs to one customer account.

Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

NexaQuest shall not be responsible for business losses, blocked WhatsApp numbers, or damages caused by misuse of the software.
